We're looking for a part-time Lead Wedding Planner to join our growing team! If you're organized, creative, and passionate about crafting unforgettable client experiences, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Plan and coordinate 15+ weddings per year Serve as the primary point of contact for couples throughout the planning process Support vendor and venue sourcing, design development, timeline creation, and day-of logistics Manage wedding-day execution, including rehearsals and event coordination (10-12 hour event days) Build and nurture relationships with local venues and vendors Attend networking and industry events to represent The Simply Elegant Group in your market What We're Looking For 3+ years of wedding and/or event planning experience (preferred) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Calm, creative, and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments Proficient with Google Workspace Flexible weekend availability during peak season (April-October) A collaborative, team-focused mindset Our Core Values We are intentionally collaborative We are kind, fun, and friendly We communicate calmly and effectively We creatively solve problems with hard work and grit We don't take things personally and give others grace Compensation & Perks Average pay range: $18-25/hr (base hourly + commissions) Flexible scheduling + 80% remote (work-from-anywhere!)
