Pay:
Starting at $18/hr (with rapid growth as you lead more events!)

What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff) As a Local Hub Event Staff , you are the "boots on the ground" regional expert. You'll be the heartbeat of our local operations, making sure every lantern is ready to shine. Lead the
Charge:
Run on-site setup and teardown—yes, it's hard work, but the payoff of seeing the water light up is worth it!
Build Your Crew:
Help coordinate local volunteers and staff, keeping the team motivated and the energy high. Scout the
Scene:
Conduct venue walkthroughs and site visits to ensure everything is "festival ready." Be the
