Title

- ark, NJ (Hybrid) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Event Coordinator to join our Corporate Events team.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events (e.g., conferences, investor meetings, client receptions).
- Coordinate logistics including venue research, catering, AV, room setup, shipping and transportation.
- Manage event registration, communications, and attendee tracking.
- Support vendor management (invoices, contracts, payments, compliance review).
- Prepare event materials (agendas, signage, name badges, presentations, surveys).
- Data collection, collation, entry, and formatting.
- Meeting/conference website and invitation support in Cvent and Exact Target
- Create and maintain event RSVP reporting and post program reporting
- Provide on-site event support, including registration desk, client hosting, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with reporting, budget reconciliation, and team meeting agendas. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not essential).
- Internship or 0-2 years of professional experience (ideally in event planning, marketing, hospitality, or related area).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Exact Target). Familiarity with event platforms (Zoom, Cvent, WebEx) is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and client-service orientation.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or travel for events.
