Hybrid Role Summary As a key member of the Apex Assembly team, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing our community of top-tier IT and IT Security executives. By leveraging research, strategic outreach, and professional networking platforms, you'll grow attendance at our premier events and ensure meaningful engagement among industry leaders. In close partnership with our Sponsorship Team, you'll help align innovative solution providers with our exclusive member base, while staying ahead of the latest IT trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the technology landscape. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone passionate about fostering connections at the forefront of the IT industry. Essential functions Identify, research, and build a pipeline of high-level IT and IT Security executives within assigned territories and event markets. Engage and connect with this executive audience through professional social media platforms. Drive attendance and participation for Apex events by cultivating strong relationships with targeted prospects. Collaborate closely with the Sponsorship Team to understand solution providers' offerings and ensure alignment with our member interests. Stay informed on emerging IT trends, practices, and challenges to better support and anticipate the needs of our member community. Travel to company events as needed Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities Comfortable with high-volume outreach and prospecting Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced sales environment Supervisory responsibilities This is an independent contributor role with no direct reports. Coordination with internal teams is required. Physical demands Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Occasional travel may require light lifting of promotional materials or event supplies Travel required National and International Travel required. Any travel related to events will be discussed in advance and covered by the company (flight and hotel).
