Job Description

Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects, timelines, meetings, and schedules across internal and external stakeholders Maintain regular communication with applicants, finalists, vendors, and other key stakeholders Track project progress, deadlines, and reporting using spreadsheets, databases, and project management tools Provide administrative support including proofreading, scheduling, document preparation, and coordination tasks Support day-to-day operations to ensure projects and initiatives move forward efficiently Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships across teams Assist with coordination of events, programs, or special initiatives as needed Required Qualifications 2-4+ years of project coordination and/or administrative support experience Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Experience coordinating meetings and schedules with both internal and external stakeholders Strong experience maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders, applicants, vendors, or partners Proficiency with Excel/spreadsheet trackers, databases, or project management tools for tracking projects and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated customer service and stakeholder management abilities Comfortable working within a lean team environment and taking on diverse responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations Experience supporting events, programs, or awards initiatives Experience coordinating with international stakeholders Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms such as Salesforce, monday.com, Asana, or SmartSheet (training available)
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Application Question(s): Can you start immediately? Are you comfortable working part time hours (20 hours per week)
