As a Party Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind planning, organizing, and executing unforgettable Birthday Parties at the #1 Children's Salon in NY. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will ensure every celebration runs smoothly from start to finish. Duties Collaborate with clients to book, budget and schedule Parties Coordinate Party Staff for scheduled parties Make sure staff is trained for all duties required of them Coordinate all aspects of event setup and execution Implement marketing strategies to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach to maximize attendance and engagement Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the client experience while maintaining profitability Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues swiftly to ensure a positive experience for all attendees May have to step in for rare circumstances and work a party Requirements Experience in event planning is a plus Experience in customer experience is required Demonstrated selling abilities for value-added services or upgrades Exceptional communication and organizational skills Join our Shear Madness team as a Party Coordinator and be at the heart of creating joyful CRAZY celebrations that bring people together! This is part-time position that can be partially remote and partially on site, and will require Orchard Park and Amherst. Pay is an hourly rate based on experience plus bonuses and commissions on bookings.
