In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences, managing all aspects of event logistics, and ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion. Your passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will help us deliver impactful events that resonate with our audiences and support our strategic goals. Duties Develop comprehensive event concepts and strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including marketing initiatives, and fundraising efforts. Oversee all aspects of event planning and management. Coordinate with internal personnel and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events. Manage budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and maximizing resources through effective negotiation and upselling opportunities. Lead contract negotiations with vendors, venues, caterers, and other service providers to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards. Implement targeted marketing campaigns for events using various channels to boost attendance and engagement. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, managing registration processes, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor event timelines closely, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, analyze success metrics, and identify areas for improvement for future events. Assist in organizing and maintaining special events supplies inventory. Qualifications Proven experience in event marketing, event planning, or hospitality management. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, guests, and team members, especially those of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and ages. Must have reliable transportation. Demonstrated ability in budgeting, financial management, and upselling techniques to maximize event profitability. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of event management software tools and familiarity with client services operations in hospitality settings. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Pay:
