Position Overview The Street Team & Events Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing community-based and internal events that drive awareness, engagement, and student enrollment for our online school. This role leads outreach efforts at community events, college and career fairs, and school-sponsored activities, while also managing key internal events such as graduations, open houses, and family information sessions. This position plays a critical role in generating qualified leads , strengthening community partnerships, and delivering positive, well-organized experiences for students and families. Key Responsibilities Community Events & Lead Generation Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, festivals, school fairs, and outreach opportunities to generate prospective student leads Manage and deploy street team staff and volunteers at events Represent the school professionally and accurately in the community Capture and track leads using approved tools and processes Maintain inventory of event materials, signage, and swag Evaluate event performance and ROI (leads generated, cost per lead, engagement) Internal School Events Lead planning and execution of school-hosted events such as: Graduation ceremonies Open houses Family information nights Student celebrations Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, permits, contracts, and schedules Collaborate with marketing, enrollment, academics, and operations teams to ensure alignment Manage event timelines, budgets, and documentation Ensure events reflect school values and provide positive experiences for students and families Planning, Organization & Documentation Develop and maintain organized event documentation, including: Contracts and invoices Certificates of insurance (COIs) Event recaps and performance summaries Photos and post-event assets Maintain shared folders and calendars for transparency and continuity Track budgets and communicate anticipated expenses in advance Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Marketing to align events with enrollment campaigns and messaging Coordinate with Enrollment teams to ensure proper lead follow-up Communicate proactively with leadership regarding plans, timelines, and expenses Provide post-event reporting and insights to inform future strategy Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, community outreach, or experiential marketing Experience generating leads from in-person events Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and CRM tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in K-12 education, alternative education, or online schools Experience managing street teams or field marketing staff Familiarity with enrollment funnels and lead tracking Budget management experience Must have a clean driving record, be able to obtain a fingerprint clearance cardCore Competencies & Values Alignment Accountability:
