Job Description

Role Summary:
Coordinates and manages all virtual presenters, remote participants, platform operations, and presenter workflows during live virtual and hybrid events.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage virtual green rooms, presenter preparation, and rehearsal activities. Coordinate presenter transitions, cueing, and timing during live broadcasts. Monitor virtual platform functionality and participant engagement tools. Facilitate communication between presenters, production staff, and event leadership. Support accessibility integration, including captioning and ASL workflows. Escalate technical issues requiring immediate resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting live virtual event operations, webcast production, or digital event management.
