Wedding Venue and Events Coordinator 8677 Oregon Road, Canal Winchester, OH 43110 Hybrid work From $20 an hour - Full-time From $20 an hour - Full-time Wedding Venue and Events Coordinator The Wedding Venue and Events Coordinator is an important position at Bellawood Farm. Bellawood Farm is an exciting business, comprising a steakhouse, wood-fired pizza oven, bakery, market & butchershop, event venue, outdoor beer garden, Air BnB, and more! We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and organized team member to lead our wedding venue, events, and marketing activities. This role includes sales, event planning and coordination, on-site event management, and other responsibilities to help Bellawood Farm grow and be a place for people to eat, shop, gather, celebrate, and stay! Base Salary + Commission Venue and Events Management Lead sales for events and weddings at the Farm, including marketing, sales, customer outreach & follow-up, leading venue tours, representing Bellawood Farm at various expos, etc. Plan, prepare, manage, and execute events on the Farm. Lead all aspects of the venue operations including client consultations, event coordination, vendor relations, scheduling, and on-site execution. Create and implement systems for booking, communication, and client experience to ensure efficiency and excellence from inquiry to event day. Build relationships with preferred vendors and local partners to drive referrals and cross-promotion opportunities. Advice on pricing structure, packages, and processes for weddings, private events, and corporate functions. Community Engagement & Growth Position the venue and farm as a destination for weddings, events, and local tourism. Plan and host seasonal events, workshops, and open houses to showcase the property and attract new clientele. Collaborate with the restaurant and market teams to align offerings that promote cross-sales and repeat customers.
