PART TIME- MOSTLY REMOTE HOURLY FOR ALL ON SITE TIME FIXED RATE + COMMISSION FOR ALL REMOTE PLANNING MUST BE CURRENTLY LOCATED IN CHARLESTON.
We are looking for someone who has already made Charleston their home. We're looking to add planners to our growing team! As a planner with Blissnics, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for couples on their special day. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultations to the final execution of events. This position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure that each wedding reflects the couple's vision while staying within budget. This position offers flexible hours and is not based on a fixed schedule. Most responsibilities can be completed remotely, with occasional on-site duties as needed. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and based on experience and availability. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day. Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor lists. Research and recommend venues, catering options, florists, photographers, and other vendors. Manage event logistics on the day of the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or needs during the event. Implement effective time management strategies to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks. Utilize event marketing techniques to promote services and attract potential clients. Upsell additional services or products that enhance the overall wedding experience. Qualifications Proven experience in event planning or related fields. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of budgeting practices and financial management related to events. Familiarity with catering services and restaurant operations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and vendors. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. A creative mindset with attention to detail to bring unique ideas to life in wedding designs.
