Position Description Advertised Job Summary Premium Services Manager for Colonial Life Arena (CLA), reports to the Senior Assistant General Manager for CLA. Position ensures the overall satisfaction of suite holders as well as actively selling group tickets for all family shows and events. Works to promote the use of executive and entertainment suites in the arena, maintain customer accounts, and manage sales efforts to increase arena revenue in the areas of group and premium sales. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Knowledge of sales and superior customer service skills. Proficiency with MS Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, graphic design and Powerpoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization and negotiation skills. Ability to multi-task under time limits. Attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards. Ability to handle a high volume of contracts, work nights, weekends and holidays as required. Job Duties Job Duty Process all group and premium ticket orders via the ticketing system; Complete administrative tasks and assure that reports are timely and accurate. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty Assist in management and supervision of intern training program to improve overall experience of interns at CLA. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 5 Job Duty Maximize premium revenue for each event via dynamic pricing, packaging, incentives, and other new creative processes. Prospect manage and maintain group and premium sales accounts for premium events. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Serve as the main contact for suite holders and group leaders during events; Communicate event details to suite holders; Coordinate suite rentals/grids and provide to key internal contacts. Monitor executive and entertainment suite appearance and upkeep. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 40 Job Duty Manage all group sales efforts for each arena event. Coordinate with the marketing department to maximize reach to local groups, within the email database and externally. Work with community partners, especially those partnered with the Athletic department, to increase super group sales.
