We're looking for a friendly face to help out at our weekend market booth. You'll set up the booth, chat about our clean, headache-free soy candles, and help customers choose what they want. If you're outgoing and not afraid to upsell a bit, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do:
Set up and break down a 10x10 market booth (tent, tables, and product displays) based on our usual layout. Chat with customers about our 100% soy wax, headache-free candles and what makes them different. Upsell and make product recommendations using simple, natural conversation. Aim to hit (and hopefully beat!) daily sales goals. Handle transactions using our POS system (quick, easy training included). Create a welcoming, friendly environment at the booth. Safely transport the market setup back to our store after events.
What We're Looking For:
Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays). Occasional weekdays for production help are a big bonus! Someone social, friendly, and comfortable talking with customers. Confidence with upselling and recommending products. Reliable and comfortable using a POS system. Able to lift, set up, and take down booth equipment. Reliable transportation. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus!

Up to 20 hours per week, mostly weekends
Location:
