With locations in numerous states, we serve swim teams across the country, primarily in the Southeast, from grassroots programs to top-ranked universities. Job Summary We are seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Event Staff to support youth sports tournaments and special events. In this role, you will be the face of our brand at events, providing exceptional guest services. Your enthusiasm for sports, customer service expertise, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities will help create memorable experiences for our customers and ensure smooth event operations. Approximately 40 hours per week to include regular store/warehouse hours as well as offsite at pop up shops at swim meets within the Southeast approximately 1-3 times per month. Work Physically Ready:

Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.

Stamina:

Capable of standing for long periods, including occasional bending, squatting, and kneeling, and safely climbing ladders. Ability to work weekends.
