With locations in numerous states, we serve swim teams across the country, primarily in the Southeast, from grassroots programs to top-ranked universities. Job Summary We are seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Event Staff to support youth sports tournaments and special events. In this role, you will be the face of our brand at events, providing exceptional guest services. Your enthusiasm for sports, customer service expertise, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities will help create memorable experiences for our customers and ensure smooth event operations. Approximately 40 hours per week to include regular store/warehouse hours as well as offsite at pop up shops at swim meets within the Southeast approximately 1-3 times per month. Accommodations provided along with daily per diem. Responsibilities Set up and break down event stations, ensuring all apparel customization equipment is ready for use Manage customer interactions with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly Cross-Train for the

Learn all aspects of warehouse operations, assisting with packing orders, receiving deliveries, and inventory to support overall team success. Handle cash transactions accurately during on-site sales and maintain proper records of sales and inventory Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety standards throughout events

Self-Driven Team Player:
Proven ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members. Excellent public speaking skills for engaging with guests and promoting our services Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours during events Reliable transportation to work Trailer experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license Weekend work required Get Ready to
Work Physically Ready:
Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
Stamina:
Capable of standing for long periods, including occasional bending, squatting, and kneeling, and safely climbing ladders. Ability to work weekends.
