We are located on 205 Bridgewater Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. Position Overview The Off‑Site Event Lead is responsible for executing catered events with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional guest service. This role oversees all on‑site operations once the team leaves the main facility — including setup, service flow, staff coordination, client communication, and breakdown. The Event Lead ensures that every event reflects the company's standards of quality, hospitality, and brand presentation. Responsibilities Event Execution & Leadership Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue staff Lead the catering team during setup, service, and teardown Ensure timelines, service standards, and event details are followed precisely Delegate tasks to staff and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the event Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally Client & Guest Experience Greet clients upon arrival and confirm event details Maintain a polished, friendly, and solution‑oriented presence Ensure food presentation, service style, and guest interactions meet brand expectations Communicate any changes or needs to the kitchen or management team Logistics & Operations Oversee loading and unloading of catering vehicles Verify that all equipment, food, beverages, and supplies are packed and accounted for Manage on‑site setup including buffet lines, bars, décor, and service stations Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards Team Management Provide direction, coaching, and support to event staff Monitor staff performance and professionalism Maintain a positive, collaborative team environment Report staffing needs or concerns to management Post‑Event Duties Oversee full breakdown and cleanup of event spaces Return equipment and supplies to the facility in organized condition Complete event reports, incident logs, and feedback notes Qualifications Prior experience in catering, hospitality, or event management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Professional appearance and customer‑service mindset Valid driver's license (if transporting equipment or driving company vehicles) Ability to work nights, weekends, and irregular hours based on event schedules We are looking forward to reading your application.
