As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Part-Time Catering Coordinator who loves helping people, staying organized, and creating great customer experiences. Position Overview:

This role is all about helping our guests celebrate life's moments with great food and great service. You'll be the go-to person for catering inquiries, order coordination, and customer communication. From the first phone call to the final delivery, you'll help ensure every catering order is organized, accurate, and memorable. Every day will look a little different, but here's an overview: Customer Service & Order Coordination Answer catering inquires by phone, email, and online channels. Assist customers with menu selections, pricing, and catering options. Prepare catering quotes and enter orders accurately. Confirm event details and delivery information. Follow up with customers before and after events to ensure a positive experience. Event Planning & Communication Coordinate catering details between customers and restaurant teams. Monitor upcoming orders to ensure all information is complete and accurate. Communicate changes and updates to the appropriate locations. Help ensure every catering order is executed according to customer expectations. Relationships & Community Build strong relationships with catering customers and encourage repeat business. Resolve customer concerns in a friendly, professional manner. Support local marketing and catering promotion efforts as needed. Represent the Rick's Barbecue brand with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality. Organization & Administration Maintain organized records of catering orders, customer information, and event schedules. Keep customer communications and order details up to date. Assist with reporting and other administrative tasks related to catering operations. Who We Are Looking For A people person who enjoys helping customers and creating positive experiences. Strong communicator who is comfortable talking with customers, restaurant teams, and community members. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Customer service, hospitality, restaurant, administrative, or event-planning experience preferred. Comfortable using email, phone systems, and basic computer applications.
