Job Description

Bridgestone Arena Event Services Internship
  • Fall 2026 The Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena Event Services Department is seeking an intern for the Fall 2026 semester.
This intern will assist with various aspects of the season including, but not limited to, Concerts, VIP Programs, Special Events, and Hockey Games. Through this internship, students will have the fun and unique experience of assisting with all aspects of event-related activities. It is critical that this intern possess the ability and emotional maturity to exercise sound judgment regarding confidential matters and hold a high regard for ethical behavior. Additionally, this intern must possess and demonstrate strong independent reasoning and problem-solving skills, in addition to being detail oriented and extremely organized. We are looking for a very energetic and outgoing individual who has a positive, can-do attitude and has a strong desire to learn and be part of the Smashville culture. In addition to the duties and objectives listed below, students will receive the opportunity to gain exposure to different departments and entities within the Nashville Predators organization. The Nashville Predators intern program provides an educational, skill-building, hands-on experience for all participants, and a cornerstone of the program is the interns ability to earn college credit for participation in the program. Candidates MUST be able to receive college credit for the completion of this internship. The Nashville Predators do not offer housing or transportation accommodations.
Event Services Internship Information:
The Event Services Internship is a rotational program, designed to give students direct one-on-one exposure to all aspects of the Department.

HALF 1: Ancillary
  • Shadow ancillary planning, communication, and event execution Work with Operations, Security, and other Departments to fulfill client needs With routine guidance from Event Managers, plan and execute Small Meeting Room Events Help create and place signage to assist with building wayfinding Shadow planning meetings and client calls With direct supervision from the Events Team, create meeting room and event maps using TurboCAD Hockey•Shadow Event Services on hockey game day and Front of House duties Shadow and help coordinate hockey game day under direct Event Services supervision, with the opportunity to do the following: Create and send event sheet Perform building walks Ensure Building Staff is prepared for building readiness and open doors HALF 2: Concerts•Shadow concert planning, communication, and event execution Work with Operations, Security, and other Departments to fulfill client needs Shadow advance calls With routine guidance from Event Managers, prepare and send event sheets Attend Security meeting Assist with event deliveries Assist with concert VIP programs under Event Services supervision Miscellaneous•Prepare weekly schedule with oversight from Event Managers Attend weekly Event Services production meetings Attend weekly Sponsorship meetings Prepare event reference sheets with oversight from
Event Managers Nashville Predators Internship Requirements:
Fall semester internship duration will be approximately August-December 2026 All internships are in person; no remote opportunities are available at this time Ability to work evenings and weekends within the students designated credit hour requirement when necessary All interns must be students at accredited colleges and universities, with the ability to earn academic credit for time spent in an internship position Internships are open to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors receiving college credit Internships do not provide compensation, housing, or transportation Internships do not guarantee full-time positions with the Predators upon completion As a condition of internship, qualified applicant will be subject to a background check, which will at a minimum include a criminal background check, and if applicable, may include a driving history check Be able to maintain confidential information Candidates MUST be able to receive college credit for the completion of this internship.
