Job Overview Provide professional security coverage during events at Music City Center. Responsibilities include access control, crowd monitoring, bag screening, responding to incidents, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Support smooth event operations at Music City Center through guest services, ticket scanning, wayfinding assistance, and coordination with security and management teams. Ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional in large crowds
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Available for evenings, weekends, and varying event schedules
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma or GED required
- Tennessee Guard Card or ability to obtain prior to start
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in crowds
