Through cutting edge wellness services including IV therapy, hormone optimization, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, advanced diagnostics, peptides, and aesthetics, we empower our members to take control of their health and performance. We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and health conscious Event Staff to represent the Next Health brand at community events, wellness festivals, corporate activations, networking events, and member experiences throughout the Nashville area. Position Summary As a Next Health Event Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand in the community. You will engage attendees, educate them on our services, generate excitement around health optimization and longevity, collect qualified leads, and help create exceptional event experiences that reflect the elevated standards of the Next Health brand. Responsibilities Represent Next Health professionally and enthusiastically at events and activations. Engage attendees in conversation about wellness, longevity, and health optimization. Educate prospective clients on Next Health services, memberships, and special offers. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and booth organization. Capture lead information accurately using company systems and event tools. Schedule consultations and clinic visits when appropriate. Support promotional activities including giveaways, wellness experiences, and event games. Maintain a polished and welcoming event space. Collaborate with clinic leadership and marketing teams to achieve event goals. Assist with inventory management and transportation of event materials when needed. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health, wellness, fitness, beauty, or longevity. Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to events. Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting and event setup. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, events, fitness, healthcare, or wellness is preferred but not required. Preferred Experience Brand ambassador experience. Event marketing experience. Sales or lead generation experience. Wellness, fitness, medical spa, or healthcare background. Contributing to successful community partnerships and events. Helping expand awareness of health optimization and longevity solutions throughout the Nashville community.
