Duties Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment to meet client specifications Welcome guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to throughout the event Manage guest inquiries and resolve minor conflicts promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere Coordinate with vendors, staff, and clients to ensure all aspects of the wedding are executed seamlessly Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle situations effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure Positive attitude with attention to detail and wiling to go above and beyond to help make events special Comfortable speaking publicly and engaging with diverse groups of people This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of memorable celebrations while developing your skills in event coordination, hospitality, and customer engagement.
