This is a great opportunity to join a new company, interact with your community, help people make great memories, and make extra money with occasional work that's both fun and engaging! The perfect candidate keeps calm under pressure, is incredibly resourceful, and is a quick-thinking problem solver. Previous experience managing teams, events, or classrooms is ideal (talking to you former teachers and camp counselors!) About you Experienced people / classroom manager Comfort directing others with kindness Keen eye for detail Creative problem solver Time conscious Have a car and valid driver's license Comfort driving after hours -- all events end between 11pm & 12-midnight Great if you speak a 2nd language (Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc..) What to expect when agreeing to come on board: Working on weekends (in some cases Thursdays and Fridays) Working a full day - anywhere between 10 to 11 hours Walking & standing for long periods of time Lifting light objects no more than 15 lbs & no bigger than your personal body Be asked to run possible errands Work weddings as needed - this is not a permanent position Have access to their own personal vehicle (Uber & Lift rides to the event are a HUGE no-no)
