Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part Time Office Manager/Event Coordinator to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily office operations while coordinating engaging events that foster community and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will play a vital role in maintaining a smooth-running office environment and ensuring successful event execution, all while managing vendor relationships, administrative tasks, and team support. Duties Coordinate and plan events from start to finish, including logistics, vendor management, and onsite supervision Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, QuickBooks data entry, payroll processing, budgeting assistance, and basic bookkeeping duties Maintain positive vendor relationships for supplies, catering, and other event needs Support human resources functions including onboarding new team members and managing employee records Requirements Proven experience in event planning with a strong understanding of logistics coordination Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating an energetic environment where organization meets creativity!
