Concert Security Staff Concrete Street Amphitheater - 4.5 Corpus Christi, TX Job Details Part-time From $12 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Outdoor work Crowd incident management Military Crowd management security protocols Patrolling Full Job Description Overview Security Event Staff help provide a safe, organized, and professional environment for concerts, festivals, and live events at Concrete Street Amphitheater. Team members may be assigned to a variety of positions throughout the venue including barricade security, backstage access control, and roaming security patrols, depending on event needs. This role requires strong communication skills, awareness in high-energy environments, and the ability to remain calm and professional while interacting with guests, artists, crew members, and fellow staff. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Responsibilities Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout events Enforce venue policies and safety procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors, law enforcement, EMS, and event staff when necessary Assist with crowd management during entry, event operations, and exit procedures Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe event environment Complete incident reporting when required Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm in fast-paced or high-pressure situations Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods outdoors Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous security, customer service, military, or event experience preferred but not required
