Job Description
Job Summary Event Cleaning Staff help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment during concerts, festivals, and live events at Concrete Street Amphitheater. Team members are responsible for restroom upkeep, trash removal, venue cleanliness, and general event support before, during, and after events. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who work well in fast-paced environments and take pride in helping create a positive guest experience for thousands of attendees. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required based on event schedules. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue during events Monitor and restock restrooms as needed Collect and remove trash from guest areas, walkways, and seating sections Assist with spill cleanup and general sanitation throughout the event Help maintain clean and safe public spaces for guests and staff Support post-event cleanup and venue reset operations Communicate maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors promptly Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and working for extended periods of time Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous custodial, janitorial, or event operations experience preferred but not required
