Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a fantastic event experience Serve food and beverages with precision and courtesy, adhering to all food safety and handling standards Assist with food preparation, plating, and setup to ensure timely service during events Buss tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area throughout the event Support catering operations by helping with food distribution, setup, and breakdown as needed Engage with guests positively, addressing questions or concerns to enhance guest relations and satisfaction Follow all health and safety protocols related to food service, ensuring compliance at all times Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is highly preferred; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus Strong guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with banquet service, catering setups, or hotel food service is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events as needed
