This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, assisting with event coordination, and helping create memorable experiences for guests and attendees. As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. About the Role You will work closely with event coordinators, vendors, clients, and team members to assist with event logistics, guest services, and on-site operations for a variety of events. Key Responsibilities Event Setup & Operations Assist with event setup, decoration, equipment placement, and venue preparation. Support event coordinators with logistics and operational tasks. Ensure event spaces are organized, clean, and ready for guests. Help with event breakdown and post-event cleanup. Guest Services & Support Greet and assist guests, attendees, vendors, and clients. Provide information regarding event schedules, locations, and activities. Assist with guest registration, check-in, and ticket verification. Address guest questions and concerns in a professional manner. Coordination & Administrative Support Assist with coordinating vendors, suppliers, and event staff. Help track event materials, supplies, and equipment. Maintain accurate event records and reports as required. Support team members with various administrative and operational duties. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move event materials as needed. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus but not required. Schedule & Pay Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
