Event Sales Repsonsibilities:

Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end. Accurately and efficiently process transactions Be knowledgeable of all promotions and advertisements to ensure that customer questions can be answered and to assist with selling products All store team members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service You will provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Supervise or assist in supervising team members when applicable Provide personalized shopping assistance, including product recommendations Event Sales Preferred Experience Previous retail sales experience is not required, this is an entry-level position Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software Strong interpersonal skills with a team player mindset Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership skills are valued Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customers are advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously Knowledge of basic math for cashiering and sales transactions Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members Apply today!
