In this lively role, you will play a vital part in orchestrating seamless events, engaging with guests, and ensuring every detail runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive event experience Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination to ensure smooth operations Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events Represent partners in a positive and professional manner Talk with community members and share information about nonprofit missions Answer questions and help create a welcoming event experience Work alongside event leaders and team members to ensure smooth event flow Support basic fundraising and promotional efforts at events Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interaction Demonstrated ability to stay energetic, organized, and proactive during busy events Friendly, positive, and people-oriented attitude Ability to work well in a team and follow directions Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Reliable and professional High school diploma Join us and be part of creating memorable moments!
