Job Description

Position Overview Sweet & Sassy is looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing Party Manager to elevate our birthday parties, special events, and glam camps. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with children, and knows how to create memorable experiences. The ideal candidate can manage multiple moving parts, motivate a team, engage children of all ages, and ensure every guest leaves feeling celebrated. Our Party Manager will be responsible for overseeing party execution, coaching Party Coordinators, maintaining event timelines, and creating engaging activities for camps and special events. Key ResponsibilitiesParty Leadership & Guest Experience Oversee all birthday parties and special events to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Ensure party rooms are fully prepared, clean, decorated, and set up before guest arrival. Monitor party timelines and keep events running smoothly and on schedule. Read the room and adjust activities based on guest energy, age groups, and participation levels. Lead games, activities, and interactive experiences when needed. Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively. Ensure every child feels included, engaged, and celebrated. Team Leadership Direct and support Party Coordinators during events. Delegate responsibilities and ensure staff are executing party duties efficiently. Coach team members on guest engagement, party flow, and customer service. Provide real-time feedback and support during events. Assist with training new Party Coordinators and event staff. Camp Programming & Event Planning Develop weekly schedules and activity plans for Summer Glam Camps and seasonal camps. Create age-appropriate games, crafts, and interactive activities. Plan themed experiences that align with Sweet & Sassy's brand and camp themes. Ensure activities are organized, prepared, and supplied before camp sessions begin. Evaluate camp experiences and recommend improvements. Operations & Organization Assist with staff scheduling and event staffing needs. Maintain inventory of party and camp supplies. Create systems and checklists to improve event consistency. Ensure safety standards and cleanliness expectations are met. Support management in identifying opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and increase bookings. Qualifications Experience leading children's parties, camps, events, entertainment, education, or hospitality programs preferred. Exceptional energy and enthusiasm. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to think quickly and solve problems independently. Comfortable speaking in front of groups of children and adults. Flexible weekend availability. Must love working with children and creating memorable experiences.
