KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
- This job requires applicant 18 or over with full availability
- Supervision of the parties to ensure that things go according to expectation
- Provides customer service support to the organization
- Analyzing and initiates and/or implements corrective action
- In order to provide excellent level of customer satisfaction is maintained
- Handling of difficult or unusual situations
- Planning and executing events and parties
MAIN DUTIES
- Ensuring customers are made aware of daily activities and any future events taking place.
- Monitoring usage levels to ensure they are within levels set and assist customers, adults and children, needing support.
- Responsibility for cleaning duties, ensuring areas are clean and at a high standard at all times.
- Undertake health and safety inspections and cleaning inspections as per the processes and procedures, reporting any faults to the Duty Manager.
- Preparing for parties and events and assisting customers during their special event.
- Reporting/following up with any technical stock issues
- Highlighting any potentially hazardous areas to the Branch Manager
- Preparing decorations and event items prior to the event date
EDUCATIONAL
- Posses confidence to perform in front of the kids and adults at the events and birthday parties
- Excellent in verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible attitude to working requirements to meet the needs of Cheeky Monkeys Required
- 18 or older
