POSITION OVERVIEW
The Field Events Coordinator will be responsible for executing and supporting branded field events, dealer activations, and grassroots marketing initiatives for Bowtech Archery, Diamond Archery, and Black Gold Premium Accessories. The position will serve as a mobile extension of the marketing and sales teams by hauling and managing branded event trailer, supporting key consumer events, and assisting Territory Managers with dealer engagement while traveling throughout assigned regions. This position will play a critical role in elevating brand presence in the field through professional event execution, direct consumer interaction, dealer relationship support, and real-world product engagement. Based on seasonal schedules, this position will spend significant time traveling to events and dealer locations throughout the year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Event Execution & Brand Representation Haul, set up, tear down, and manage branded trailers, displays, and event assets at consumer, dealer, trade, and promotional events. Serve as the on-site brand representative at key events including Total Archery Challenge, dealer events, consumer shoots, and grassroots activations. Execute experiential marketing initiatives that increase consumer engagement, product awareness, and support current campaigns and product launches. Ensure all event assets, signage, displays, and products are organized, maintained, and presented at a premium level. Coordinate event logistics including travel, product transportation, setup, shipping, and inventory management. Support product demonstrations, consumer education, brand storytelling, and capture event photography, video, and social media content when applicable. Gather and communicate event feedback, dealer insights, and consumer trends to the marketing and sales teams. Event Logistics & Planning Partner with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute annual events and trade shows. Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, booth companies, and external partners. Manage event budgets and secure booth space, show services, travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and attendee registrations. Oversee shipping and transportation of booths, products, and event materials to event destinations. Act as the primary point of contact during events and communicate event information to internal teams. Maintain and manage event assets and inventory, recommending updates and coordinating product needs with manufacturing facilities. Prepare post-event recaps and recommendations to improve future event execution. Dealer & Territory Sales Support Partner with Territory Managers to provide field support to dealers in regions surrounding scheduled events. Assist with merchandising, display setup, dealer training, and retail support initiatives. Strengthen dealer relationships through consistent market presence and delivery of marketing materials, product updates, and event information. Identify opportunities for additional dealer visits and market support while traveling.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, sales support, dealer relations, field marketing, or related role Experience towing trailers and operating event or mobile marketing assets preferred Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record Ability to travel extensively, including weekends and extended periods on the road Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be comfortable interacting directly with consumers, dealers, sales representatives, and event staff Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Experience within the outdoor, hunting, archery, or sporting goods industry preferred
