This role offers the opportunity to support weddings and special events throughout the Houston area while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the events industry. We are seeking dependable, professional, and hospitality-minded individuals who enjoy working with people, paying attention to details, and contributing to memorable guest experiences. Whether you have previous event experience or are looking to grow within the industry, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and work as part of a team. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, project-based work on weekends and occasional evenings. Duties Assist with event setup and breakdown Help arrange décor, tables, signage, favors, and other event details Support the Lead Planner and event team throughout the event day Greet vendors and assist with load-in and setup coordination Provide excellent guest service and hospitality Assist with ceremony and reception transitions Monitor event spaces to ensure they remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready Help distribute personal flowers, gifts, and other client items Assist with packing and organizing event materials at the conclusion of the event Support the team with general event-day tasks as needed Experience Previous experience in events, hospitality, catering, customer service, retail, restaurants, or similar environments is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to remain organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with a team Reliable transportation required Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping create meaningful experiences for others.
