Job Description

Membership Engagement Coordinator Overview:
The Member Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the club's communication, execution of programs, and initiatives that drive member engagement. This critical role, based out of the Club and works directly with the Membership Director and General Manager, and serves as an assistant to ensure effective execution of all programs related to Member usage. The Member Engagement Coordinator directly reports to the General Manager.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Programming Assist to grow the food and beverage revenue, golf revenue and fitness revenue through programming Create a standard calendar of events and execute implementation Guide our Club in the creation and execution of events that appeal to the demographic and unique character Implement and execute unique signature events for the Club Communication Work with General Manager to create a weekly newsletter for the Club Work with department heads to create flyers for all Member events Send weekly and monthly communications to keep a strong engagement of the members from the club Execute dynamic and engaging posts on the social media Club sites Administrative Assist the Membership Director in the execution of the Onboarding of a New Member process Send calendar invitations to all department heads to ensure everyone is following the onboarding process Process Member resignations as needed Member Recognition Execute accurate and up to date data on all Members through updating through their online profiles Stress the Member Recognition importance to your coworkers, and execute programs or actions that foster name recognition of New Members Work with Membership Director to recognize member referrals Oversee the Referral Rewards program at the Club level
Qualifications:
Creatively execute events and programs Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
