Wedding & Event Staff

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Event Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will contribute to creating unforgettable experiences! This role ensures the venue is event-ready, supports client needs, and manages on-site logistics to create a seamless and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and physically capable of setting up event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the event space, including cleaning, setting up tables/chairs, and ensuring all areas are guest-ready Serve as the on-site point person during events, answering client and vendor questions and providing clear direction Make real-time decisions and troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure a smooth event experience Liaise with vendors, staff, and clients to coordinate event logistics and maintain timelines Perform light physical tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds Maintain a professional and calm demeanor under pressure and in fast-paced situations Ensure post-event breakdown is completed and venue is restored to its original condition

Qualifications:

MUST be available on weekends Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and make quick, confident decisions Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on client satisfaction
