Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Event Coordinator to orchestrate memorable events that leave a lasting impression. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the planning, organization, and execution of a diverse range of events, ensuring seamless experiences for our guests. Your passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision will be essential in creating extraordinary occasions that meet and exceed expectations. Duties Collaborate with our guests to understand their event vision, needs, and budget parameters, providing expert guidance throughout the planning process. Coordinate all aspects of event with culinary and service teams. Oversee event marketing efforts by promoting events through various channels to attract attendees and boost engagement. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, managing guest services on-site, and resolving any issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of contracts, communications, and event feedback for continuous improvement. Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations during all stages of event planning and execution. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or management within hospitality settings such as hotels, restaurants, or banquet facilities. Excellent marketing acumen to promote events effectively across multiple platforms. Demonstrated ability in upselling additional services or products to enhance event profitability. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities. Experience coordinating catering services, banquet arrangements, or fundraising events is highly desirable. Outstanding communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, team members, and guests professionally. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus; banquet experience is especially valued.
