In this lively role, you'll help orchestrate seamless events by providing exceptional support, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. Your energetic presence will contribute to the success of a variety of events, from festivals and conferences to community gatherings. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in event staffing and sales while being part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering memorable moments. Responsibilities Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment, signage, and attendee materials Monitor event spaces to ensure safety protocols are followed and address any issues promptly Provide information and support to customers, vendors as needed Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot unforeseen challenges during events Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the day Engage in face to face communications with customers and drive new customer acquisitions through out the day Experience Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support is preferred but not required Strong communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude Ability to stay alert, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods during events Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Embark on an exciting journey with us where your enthusiasm makes every event extraordinary!
