Job Description
Overview The Community Associate is the first face members and guests see each day. You'll provide front desk support, help maintain a clean and functional space, and ensure members feel welcome and supported. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who enjoys a service environment and wants to grow into a more senior hospitality or operations role. Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests; answer phones and direct inquiries
- Reset meeting rooms and check for readiness throughout the day
- Restock supplies and coffee bar items; monitor cleanliness
- Assist with daily walkthroughs and report maintenance needs
- Help prepare event materials and support setup/cleanup
- Deliver mail and packages; help with logging and PMB access
- Log light CRM updates (guest check-ins, notes, etc.) Bonus Contributions (not required)
- Capture photos during events or team moments
- Suggest content for social media or newsletter
- Share feedback from members with the Coordinator or Manager What You Bring
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow checklists and take initiative
- Clear communicator who enjoys supporting others
- Some hospitality or customer service experience preferred
