Job Description

Event Coordinator Walters Wedding Estates Walters Wedding Estates, part of the Walters Hospitality brand, is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our venue guests have the best possible experience. We are looking for someone who is confident in their communication skills, detail-oriented, and dedicated to getting the job done right.
What You'll Do:
Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities. Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional. Complete coordinator tasks during receptions to ensure a smooth event flow. Collaborate as part of the banquet team to deliver outstanding service. Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
Food and Beverage experience preferred
Required Certifications :
TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers certifications are required
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Extreme Ownership:
Take full responsibility for your tasks and ensure their successful completion.

Exhibit meticulous attention to every aspect of your work.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hours
Other:
Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify. Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule:
Part-time:
