Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and information about event activities Manage entry points, verifying tickets or passes and ensuring smooth flow of attendees Assist with event setup, including organizing equipment, signage, and guest areas to ensure safety and accessibility Handle cash transactions accurately for ticket sales or concessions while maintaining accountability Monitor event areas to uphold safety standards, addressing any conflicts or disturbances promptly and professionally Support guest services by answering questions, guiding visitors, and facilitating enjoyable experiences for all ages Collaborate with team members to coordinate activities such as games, rides, or performances, ensuring seamless execution Requirements Prior experience in events management or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations Conflict management skills to handle disputes or unruly behavior effectively and calmly Experience working with children is a plus, especially when managing family-friendly activities or entertainment areas Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy and security during transactions Lifeguard experience is desirable if the role involves water-based activities or pools Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during busy event days Join us as a <
