Job Description
Job Summary The role may include two or three of the following: 1. Managing shifts throughout the week at the restaurant, leading a team to provide great guest service, a clean and safe environment, and treats made according to recipe. This will also involve the ability to problem solve in the moment. 2. Leading other upper-level store tasks, potentially including training staff, truck ordering, inventory, and scheduling 3. Organizing, preparing, and leading offsite events. Our store will be at over 100 events this year alone. This is an excellent opportunity to become well-rounded in all areas of leading a buisness. Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service. Be available to work at any time needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays Provide ongoing training and development to staff to enhance their skills in sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Manage employee schedules and shift assignments to ensure optimal coverage. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Monitor inventory levels, control stock movement, and conduct regular stock audits for accuracy. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting. Help lead offsite events- scheduling and operations Potentially help lead our social media marketing Availability/Experience/Skills Needed Open Availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership experience Excellent communication skills Proficient in inventory control and cash handling procedures Experience with POS systems Demonstrated ability to train others Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and tact.
