Event Manager

Event Manager La Estancia Position Overview La Estancia is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Event Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of memorable member events and experiences. This role is critical in delivering exceptional Southern hospitality, creating meaningful connections, and enhancing member engagement through well-executed, high-quality events. Key Responsibilities Help to plan and manage the full lifecycle of member events, including signature events, seasonal programming, private parties, and special experiences. Collaborate with the culinary team, membership, and operations to design creative and seamless event concepts, menus, and logistics. Help to create and coordinate all event marketing materials, including invitations, digital graphics, flyers, signage, and app announcements.

Manage event logistics:

venue setup, vendor coordination, RSVPs, attendance tracking, staffing, and on-site execution. Ensure exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation. Track event success through attendance, member feedback, and engagement metrics; provide reports and recommendations for future programming. Support the development and implementation of the annual events calendar in alignment with club goals and member preferences. Maintain strong relationships with members, vendors, and internal teams while upholding confidentiality and club standards at all times. Experience Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or related fields such as restaurant, hotel, or banquet operations Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable vendor agreements Familiarity with event marketing techniques and experience in promoting large-scale events Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while upselling additional services to enhance guest experiences Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and execution Prior experience with catering coordination, banquet services, or restaurant/hospitality settings is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for creating memorable events makes a difference! Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
