Job Description
Description Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the events that L&F Distributors has sponsorship. There needs to be a lot of coordination and planning involved for the events
- Visit all assigned accounts for distribution of POS, coasters, table tents, etc.
- In charge of logistics and equipment and personnel.
- Schedule inventory and maintenance of equipment.
- Present to General Manager all donations.
- Monthly and weekly reports for events.
- Set-up of stage with set-up crew.
- Make sure all banners, snow fencing, POS items are in place.
- Schedule the work rotation of employees.
- Ensure availability or the appropriate PPG items are available for distribution.
- Maintain all schedules, reports and information as required by AB and management.
- Know event owner/manager/key personnel by name. Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in sales and marketing.
- Must be execution oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
