Promotional Events Assistant

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for a full-time Promotional Events Assistant position in the area. This is an entry-level, W-2 employee opportunity designed for individuals looking to build experience in promotional marketing, retail sales, live events, and customer engagement. In this role, team members work face-to-face with customers inside retail locations and at live promotional events representing nationally recognized brands and community-focused campaigns. The position involves promoting products and services, increasing brand awareness, and helping drive customer engagement through direct interaction. This is a performance-driven promotional marketing and sales role with paid training and advancement opportunities into leadership and campaign management. What You'll Do Represent client campaigns at retail stores, pop-up promotions, and live marketing events Engage directly with customers in a face-to-face, in-store environment Promote products, services, special offers, and promotional campaigns Educate customers on available products, services, and enrollment options Help generate customer interest and assist with service sign-ups when applicable Support event setup, coordination, execution, and breakdown Track customer interactions, campaign performance, and daily activity goals Maintain professional brand representation and customer service standards Attend ongoing sales, marketing, and communication training sessions Products & Campaigns You'll Represent Retail promotional campaigns Consumer service and brand awareness campaigns Community and charity-related outreach promotions Customer acquisition and event marketing initiatives Compensation & Employment Details Full-time W-2 employee position Weekly base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses/commission Paid training provided Advancement opportunities based on performance and leadership development What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working in face-to-face customer interactions Outgoing, coachable, and team-oriented personality Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and event environment Reliable transportation for local travel between event locations and office meetings Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or events is a plus but not required This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in promotional marketing, retail events, and customer engagement while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with long-term growth opportunities.

Pay:

$55,109.64 - $77,938.50 per year
