Job Description

PINSTACK
is the perfect place to party! We can accommodate all kinds of events in our various meeting spaces. Whether it's a corporate meeting, social outing or birthday party, our group and party team make it happen with a fun and friendly attitude.
EVENT COORDINATOR
- Work in our on-site sales office and be the first point of contact for guests inquiring about hosting their events at
PINSTACK.
Assist Sales Managers by answering phones and gathering information from guests to create their one-of-a-kind event! Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality are essential to success in this role. Create contracts, take deposits, organize banquet event orders, and ensure that all parties have the information necessary to execute a flawless event. This is a great position for someone wanting to interact with guests and do administrative work, or someone who wants to start a career in sales. to join the team!
