We are looking for an organized, energetic, and creative manager to help oversee operations at our Dallas location, with the potential to support both our Dallas and Plano gyms. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with families, enjoys planning fun events, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every family who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing and coordinating birthday party bookings Communicating weekly with party families to help create smooth and memorable events Supervising and helping oversee summer camp operations Assisting with membership events and special activities Coordinating with our Creative Director and Social Media Manager on weekly themes, activities, promotions, and advertisements Sending weekly emails and helping keep families informed about upcoming events and programs Helping maintain a super clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the gym Training and supporting staff members to ensure excellent customer service and consistency Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and team scheduling Helping oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and staff accountability Supporting inventory organization, supplies, party prep, and overall gym presentation We are looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented Friendly, upbeat, and professional with families and staff Strong with communication and follow-through Comfortable multitasking and managing schedules/events A self-starter who takes initiative and problem-solves well Passionate about creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for children of all abilities Experience in childcare, event coordination, hospitality, management, or special needs environments is a plus!
