We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Event Lead to orchestrate memorable and impactful events that elevate our brand and engage our community. As the driving force behind event execution, you will lead planning, coordination, and management efforts to ensure seamless experiences from inception to completion. Your passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to be friendly and setup at the events (mostly houses in the backyard and will be key in creating successful events that leave lasting impressions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in making memorable experiences, customer service, and hospitality while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including venue execution of tent and foam cannon, entertainment, and logistics management Develop repot with clients, must be able to lift a heavy cannon, travel to and from parties (truck or larger vehicle required to move larger tent items. Coordinate with guests to help promote with business cards ect Oversee event setup, site management, and post-event evaluations to ensure smooth operations Provide exceptional guest servive Requirements Arrive on time and assist with event setup and breakdown Load, unload, and transport foam party equipment Operate foam cannons and related equipment safely Engage with guests and create a fun, energetic atmosphere Monitor event safety and enforce party rules when needed Assist children and families during events Take photos and videos for social media content when requested Maintain cleanliness of equipment and event areas Represent Cowtown Foam in a professional and positive manner Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after events Join us as an Event Lead and bring your enthusiasm for creating extraordinary experiences!
