We are dedicated to providing a seamless booking process and excellent customer service for all clients. Position Overview The Booking Assistant supports the scheduling and coordination of events by assisting with client inquiries, reservations, and internal communication. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and interested in hospitality and event operations. Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person Assist with scheduling and booking events and services Maintain accurate records of reservations and client details Coordinate with event, kitchen, and operations teams Update booking systems and calendars Support administrative tasks related to event planning Ensure a professional and positive client experience Qualifications Previous administrative, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
