Position Overview We are currently hiring a Non-Profit Event Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, full-time position focused on face-to-face donor engagement and fundraising sales within local communities. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, people-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career in sales, fundraising, marketing, or leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, pop-ups, and outreach campaigns Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations to generate donations and support Clearly communicate each organization's mission, impact, and programs Meet and exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals Build rapport with donors and create a positive, lasting impression Track performance, donor interactions, and campaign results Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development sessions Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and goal-driven mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service, sales, or fundraising experience is a plus (not required) Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time
