Events & Experiences Coordinaor

We're hiring an Events & Experience Coordinator to take full ownership of our events calendar. Member and Private Events The Role You'll own event operations end to end: client relationships, event orders, vendor coordination, day-of execution, and post-event financial reporting. We run 20-30+ experiences per month including wine tastings, track days, live music, art exhibitions, speaker series, wellness programming, and private dinners. Responsibilities Manage all event inquiries and client relationships Build detailed Event Orders for every event Coordinate with bar and kitchen teams on event execution Deliver weekly reports with event recaps and upcoming priorities Post-event debriefs with P&L breakdowns and expense reports Vendor management and contract negotiation You Organized under pressure and can manage multiple events simultaneously Comfortable owning a P&L, not just a guest list Proactive communicator who flags issues early Can work weekends and nights. Preferred Event coordination or hospitality experience Private club or luxury hospitality background
