Event Support Staff University of Utah

Responsibilities Primary responsibilities are:
the complete set-up and take-down of events; during the event, staff will monitor key locations in the museum for event activity, according the event type; additional support/tasks assigned as needed. Position requires near constant movement and lifting of tables, chairs, and other furniture. Must be comfortable lifting more than 25 pounds. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to: providing museum guests & staff, caterers, and additional vendors with exceptional customer service; receiving ongoing training of museum policies and procedures through museum meetings and activities; attend Events Support staff meetings; other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Preferences Weekends and evenings availabilityREQUIRED.
